Our Mission

MorningStar Mission Ministries is a non-denominational organization dedicated to relieving the spiritual and physical hunger of the poor. We do this by providing food for the hungry, clothing for the needy, shelter for the homeless and the Gospel of Jesus Christ for all.

Drop-In-Center

The New Day Drop-In Center provides a safe environment for those experiencing homelessness to spend daytime hours, attend services, locate resources and speak with case managers. It serves also as a heating and cooling center.

Counseling Center

MorningStar MCounseling Center provides those in need with affordable, professional and Biblical-based counseling.

Men's/Women's Emergency Shelter

MorningStar Mission offers an emergency shelter for men and women as well as a family shelter program.

180 Men's Residential Recovery Program

MorningStar Mission offers a 180 Men’s Residential Recovery, Hope House and Veterans Program.

About Us

Since its founding in November 1909, MorningStar Mission Ministries has had one main goal — to help people in need. Through our many Christ-centered programs and services, we aim to accomplish just that by getting to the core issues of what has caused their homelessness. Whether the problem stems from alcohol, drugs, mental health or family matters, our services have been developed for those who have reached the decision to make a real change in their lives.
